The new Supra is the first global model of TOYOTA GAZOO Racing’s GR sports car series. Ever since first competing in Germany’s 24 Hours of Nürburgring endurance race in 2007, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing has been aiming through its motorsports activities to develop its cars and people, with the goal of “making ever-better cars.”

The knowledge and know-how it has built up over the years have been funnelled into bringing the Supra back to life in the form of the “GR Supra”, as a car that people the world over will find fun to drive.

“This is an iconic car, with an exciting spirit and large fan base,” says Andrew Davis, Toyota New Zealand’s General Manager of Marketing.

“We knew with this car we had to do a public reveal, and the CRC Speedshow is the ideal venue for that.”

“We would love to see all Supra fans there, for what will be a truly exciting reveal.”

Toyota New Zealand will have a team in attendance that will be available to answer questions, as well as a few special guests who are not to be missed.

The Toyota site will also have on display the newly revealed TOYOTA GAZOO Racing FT60 race car, and the Toyota 86. This will be the first time the FT60 will be available for the public to view.

The CRC Speedshow will run over the weekend of the 20th – 21st of July 2019, at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, Auckland. The show is open daily from 9am.
